Jessie and Buzz

A couple of months ago, Mia decided she and Drake were going to be Jessie and Woody (from Toy Story, in case you don't have little ones!) for Halloween.  When we told Drake, he said, "No!  Me Buzz!"  He LOVES Buzz, so Mia agreed that's what he could be.  Ha!  They had such a fun Halloween, they are finally at ages where they both have a good time.  At this point it's all about the process, not so much about the candy.  They loved knocking on doors and running from house to house.  They would take turns ringing the bell at each house.  Drake loved showing off the 'laser' on his costume, and he would say, "I tum in peace" since Buzz always says, "I come in peace."  It was so cute.  Here are a few pics from the festivities...

They got to decorate pumpkins at a Halloween party where my mom and dad live...

Buzz and Jessie!

Ready to Trick or Treat!

Drake got distracted by the tether ball at one of the neighbors - he was so excited  :)

Drake LOVES his new Batman jammies from Nana.  And he has been going to bed with his hat and sunglasses at night and naps as well.  :)  Hilarious.

Not kidding - this is him, all ready for bed

And he LOVES the cape on the back  :)

The kids making cupcakes for Daddy's birthday - so cute, she came out of her toy room, wearing her apron and ready to bake!

Drake has been doing this eyebrow raise lately, definitely one thing I can say he's gotten from me.  lol  ;)

One other thing about our little guy... he has been doing so well on the potty!  He goes pretty consistently at night before his bath, and he's told me 3 times in the last few days that he has to go potty.  Now we just have to decide when we want to make the commitment and get him trained.  I'm kind of dreading it since you have to take them all the time and feel like you can't leave the house at the beginning.  But I really can't wait until we are done with the diapers all together.  Oh, what a glorious day that will be.  :)

That's all for now!  Hope you had a happy halloween!!
