Mia couldn't wait to go outside and make snow angels. I think she realized the idea is better than actually doing it - she was so cold I'm not sure she'll ask to play in the snow for a long time! Ha!
Drake - he still sleeps with his hat and sunglasses. Poor guy, he has sunglass lines in his sideburns in the morning!! So uncomfortable! But he loves it.
In his undies!! Out of nowhere one day, he started telling me, "Mommy, hafta go potty!" He's been in undies for several weeks. We're still working on numero dos in the pot, but he's got number one down pat. So proud of my little buddy! But I will be even prouder (is that a word?) when he figures out the pooping. lol
My friend Shannon sent them matching jammies for Christmas. They love matching at night! "Mommy, I wanna match Mia's jammies!"
We also took the front of his crib off, so he's in his 'big boy' bed now! I'll have to get some pictures, it's so cute. We had such a hard time switching Mia to a big bed so I was worried, but it has been a total non-issue for him. He loves being able to climb in by himself, it is adorable. Now he and Mia want to sleep in there together at night. We keep telling them one of them will fall out, Drake's (crib-sized) mattress is not big enough for the both of them! It's so cute because Mia is so proud of him, too. :)
She starts ballet tomorrow, so hopefully I can get a few pics of her in her little outfit soon. Ha! I can't wait to see how it goes. She's obviously super-excited.
Brock and I just got back from Cabo last week, it was AWESOME! My mom and dad kept the kids, I'm sure they were glad for us to be back. :) They said they were good, but I know how busy the kids are - they are exhausting!! Anyways, I will post some pics another day. :)
In some other exciting news, yesterday my sister found out she is having a BOY! I can't wait. It's definitely time for another baby in the family, and I'm so excited to be able to enjoy another baby without being the one responsible for it!! Ha! :) Mia is really excited, too, she LOVES babies.
