Mia made him several gifts for his big day, she had them all in a gift bag!
This was his birthday hat with the number '4' and 'Drake' written on it. She also made him a tie (striped!) which goes around his neck with a pipe cleaner. :)

I just love this little guy to bits and am so thankful he is mine! He has such a sweet, thoughtful heart. He never wants you to be alone or upset... he's a total people-pleaser (kind of like someone else I know - his daddy!).
We were playing Guess Who the other day, and Mia, Drake, and Brock were one one team, and I was on the other. Drake didn't want to ditch his team, but he didn't want me to be alone either. It was really bothering him! So he gave me the superhero he had in his hand (always!), and said, "Here, mommy. Now you don't have to be alone." He will give up what he wants to do if he thinks it will make someone else happy. I told him I want to be like him when I grow up. :)
He's doing great in school. Mia has taught him so much, that he knows a lot of what they are working on in school! He is even sounding out and spelling words. It's amazing, especially when you consider that he doesn't seem to focus on anything!! He's got such a great little personality.
We've done lots of fun things this fall, I just haven't had a chance to post them. I'll do another post soon with more pics from the end of summer/beginning of fall. I need to get a picture of him on his new bike we got him for his birthday. It's Spiderman, of course. :)
