March and Easter!

Here are some pics from March!  It's funny going back through these because I had forgotten some of the funny stuff the kids did.  :)

Mia, again with the wrapping paper.  If I give you a gift in a gift bag, now you'll know why it hasn't been wrapped.  I'm always out of paper!!!!  She's making paper flowers here.

She randomly decided we should have a party for daddy.  I guess these are the things you start thinking of when you've been trapped indoors for months on end.  This is the sign she made.

This is her completed bouquet for daddy's party...

I guess this was Drake's contribution to the party, he dressed up in superhero attire...

Surprise!

Oh yes, we even had a ribbon cutting ceremony!

We even made cookie dough balls for the party!

This Sephora flyer came in the mail, and the kids thought it would be funny to try on the eyes!

So clearly we haven't brushed our hair in days by this point, lol!  But the kids sure love making playdough cakes, Cake Boss style!

Mia's has several different animal tiers... zebra, giraffe, turtle, cheetah!

On a side note, they LOVE Cake Boss.  We ran out of episodes to watch on Netflix.  Now they want to go to Hoboken for our next vacation.  Mia wants to enroll in their cake decorating class when she is 8.  :)

Here she is roasting a marshmallow on her fire...

Gettin' fancy!  Her 'garden cake'

 Coloring Easter eggs!!

Wonder why there is an egg missing from our dozen??  Daddy ate it!  Seriously?!  This is Easter... couldn't it wait?!  Haha!  Mia didn't let him live it down, either.  :)

Easter morning with their baskets!

Ready for Easter Morn.

Thank you for visiting!

February and Valentine's Day

I'm having to play a bit of catch up, so I'm just going to break it down by month!  I didn't take many pictures this winter.  Aside from our trip to Cabo, it was a pretty uneventful winter... which can be good, I guess!!

These are from February...

The kids were so excited about Valentine's Day this year.  They carefully picked out their cards and filled them out.  Drake got lots of practice writing his name that day!!!

Mia is quite the crafty kid.  She had made these flowers for me for my birthday.  Notice the fancy A's inside the flowers.  :)

This is from her Valentine's Day party at school.  I guess I don't have any from Drake's class!  He doesn't quite get in to his school parties as much as Mia does.  She sure loves a good school party.

These were the Valentine's Day cards she made for all of us.  I have a jar of extra buttons that she started securing everything with, even her homemade envelopes.  I cracked up at the 'Victoria's Secret' button on my card.  :)

She made this bow and vest with some wrapping paper, scissors, and tape.  Needless to say, I don't have any wrapping paper left when I need it...

Just some fashion drawings!

Thanks for stopping by!
